    Material and process: low carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire through the bending molding, fine welding, grinding, surface treatment process.

    Features: protective cover surface polishing, plating or spray treatment, aesthetics, a solid solder joint, corrosion resistance, no rust, easy to clean.

    Purpose:  air conditioning, motor, exhaust fan protective cover.

Shaped Mesh

    Material: 304,304 L, 316,316 L stainless steel, metal, high temperature, coating

Stainless Steel Mesh Baskets

    Material: stainless steel mesh baskets, disinfection basket series mainly only 304,304 L, 316,316 L stainless steel wire mesh, bending, spot welding, rolling processes, and electrolytic polishing technology for surface treatment, surface bright as a mirror.

Stainless Steel Filter Mesh

   Stainless Steel Filter Mesh specifications are precise geometrical structures with uniform porosity, in contrast to fibrous felts or synthetic fibers.

   Filter cloth is used for separation of solids and clear liquid filtration as in the cleaning of fuels or hydraulic liquids, or in water treatment.

   We offers excellent wire mesh filter discs of varied materials and sizes. Typical one is low carbon steel wire woven mesh punched into circular filter. The weaving method is plain, twill, or plain Dutch and twill Dutch. Also supply welded multi-layer pack filter used in rubber industry, plastic industry, oil industry and cereal sifter. Our high-speed cutting machines enable us to offer low prices on large and small quantities.

   Fineness of disc filters: from 2 mesh to 500 mesh 

The Filters Disc has two types, one is edge with package or wrapped age, and another is welded.

The edge is combination of multiplayer filtration Screen wrapped in punched no-connection smooth metal plate. 

The plate is cold-punching, cutting, expanding, extending 

The wrapped or package edge material :Stainless Steel sheet ,iron sheet , aluminium plate. 

The edge is smooth, no connection, so the edge of the filtration netting can be easily air proofed
